This summer, celebrate America’s 250th Anniversary with a heartwarming community contest that combines patriotic spirit, adorable pets, and a meaningful mission. Portraits for Preservation invites you to dress your beloved pet in their best red, white, and blue patriotic flair and join the cutest competition of the season! Pets of all kinds can enter for just $25, while friends, family, neighbors, and animal lovers vote for their favorites at $1 per vote. Whether your pet is charming, goofy, majestic, or full of personality, this is their moment to shine while bringing smiles to the entire community.

 

🏆 The excitement continues through the summer until Labor Day, when the grand prize is officially revealed: a 18x24 custom painted pet portrait by artist Kay Montanye. Imagine your furry best friend transformed into a stunning custom portrait displayed proudly in your home for years to come.

 

Every entry and vote directly supports the preservation and maintenance of Emory Grove, a historic nonprofit 501(c)(3) community devoted to protecting its treasured grounds, historic buildings, and gathering spaces. As we celebrate our nation’s 250th anniversary, your participation helps ensure Emory Grove remains a place of beauty, tradition, fellowship, and community for future generations to enjoy.
